Currently in Phase 1, our handyman services have been established and the ground work for obtaining our C-51 contractor's license has begun. Using the handyman services to fund the process, KX Native Builds is working as an individual sole proprietor. Seeking to partner with an established General Contractor and have active negotiations with a fellow Marine ongoing, which will provide KX Native Builds the opportunity to obtain a B-2 contracting license and expand it's capabilities. Already having a team on standby with years of experience, this license will allow us to hire employees and perform projects that aren't capped with the CSLB handyman limits.
